THE SCENIC ROUTE:

Driving from Cape Town, take the N1 to Worcester. Pass through Huguenot Tunnel.
Shortly after the dual highway joins to become one after passing through Du Toitskloof TURN RIGHT onto the R101 at the big weigh bridge to RAWSONVILLE. You will pass the Du Toitskloof Wine cellar on your right.

At the first intersection turn LEFT onto the SLANGHOEK/GOUDINI road. You will pass Goudini Spa on your right and then Jason’s Hill, Die Opstal and Slanghoek cellars as you wind through this valley for about 20 km and eventually cross the Breerivier on a low water bridge.

About 1km after the bridge you will hit a T junction with the R43. Turn RIGHT ( as if you are going to Worcester ) and about 500m on this road there is a white John Deere farm signboard which says ROUZELLE. TURN LEFT. This is our farm .

Cross the railway line ( take care as it is the main line ).Continue on the road and you will see a cluster of new pink workers houses on your left and when you have passed them you will see DIE KLIPHUISIE further along on your RIGHT. There is a parking area and steps that lead to the cottage.

The farm house is set in the vineyard on the next road which turns right into the vineyard .

THE NON SCENIC ROUTE:

Driving on the N1, turn off the N1, onto the R43 (to Ceres and Wolseley). You will drive past Botha Kelder on your left and then the RietDakkie Farm Stall on you right (±20km). About 1.5km after the farm stall, there will be a white John Deere farm signboard on your right which says ROUZELLE. TURN RIGHT. This is our farm .

Cross the railway line ( take care as it is the main line ). Continue on the road and you will see a cluster of new pink workers houses on your left and when you have passed them you will see DIE KLIPHUISIE further along on your RIGHT. There is a parking area and steps that lead to the cottage.
